Products

  • Our leashes and safety clips are made out of BioThane® webbing, a leather alternative. BioThane® webbing has a soft coating with the look and feel of leather, a matte appearance, is soft and very flexible, waterproof, stink-proof, and easy to clean! It will also hold its flexibility in very cold weather. Our leashes are made with 3/4" wide standard Beta Biothane® webbing, which comes in a variety of colors and has a break strength of 750 lb.

  • If the BioThane® webbing ever gets dirty, soap and water could get most dirt and spots out. For tougher stains, applying some rubbing alcohol will help.

    Please keep in mind that by nature black plating is more susceptible to scratching and chipping than other finishes. Over time and with consistent contact you may see the nickel-plated base layer. Please also inspect the gear before each use for wear and tear that could cause safety issues.

    Should any clips, Chicago screws, O-rings, or D-rings fail, we'll repair them at no charge.

    Limitations:

    This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by your dog (i.e., chewing), or any other event beyond our control.

Processing

  • The current processing time is 1-3 weeks starting from the day after your order is placed (though I typically try to send them sooner). This does not include the time it takes for shipping of the order.

  • We typically ship out orders though USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping for domestic orders is usually 2-5 business days. Delays may occur from weather or increases in carrier volume and may impact this timeframe.

    If you have a different mail carrier you prefer, please reach out to me via email or through our contacts page to discuss other options. A different shipping rate may apply if you choose another carrier.

  • Yes! Once your shipping label for your order is printed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

  • At this time, we do not accept returns. As our products are typically custom item, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. While we do not accept returns, it is still important to us that you are satisfied with your new gear!

    We are willing to accept exchanges within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition with no signs of wear or damage. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
